Mission Statement:
Since 1850, the mission of the
District Attorney's Office has been to safeguard the right of the people
of Yuba County to a safe and just community; sustain public confidence
in the criminal justice system through professional excellence; protect
the rights of victims and witnesses; and to convict and appropriately
punish the guilty through the rule of law.
