Hal was elected to the Yuba County Board
of Supervisors in 1994 and took office January 3, 1995 and was re-elected in
1998, 2002, and 2006. Hal served as Chairman in 1997, 2001 and 2007.

been married 39 years and have resided in Challenge for over 20 years. His vita
