Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
1.
Appoint
Mr. Steven Higgins to the Area 4 Agency on Aging Governing Board for a term to
expire August 14, 2010. (07-457)

Reappoint
Ms. Sheri Alongi to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee for a

Approve
fifth amendment to agreement with Pacific Municipal Consultants and authorize

Adopt
resolution approving grant agreement with Office of Traffic Safety for traffic
collision database, authorizing Chairman to execute same, and authorizing
Public Works Director to execute all documents related to the grant upon review
and approval of County Counsel. (07-463)
6.
Authorize
Budget Transfer in the total amount of $372,541.68 from Planning Division Trust
Fund 255 to General Fund for recognition of work performed and revenue earned
for the period of April through June 2007. (07-464)
7.
Approve
agreement with University Enterprises Inc. for cultural resources research for
the General Plan Update and authorize Chairman to execute same. (07-465)

Health and Human Services
1.
Approve
Children's Medical Services Plan Guidelines for Fiscal Year 2007/2008 and

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS: Any person may speak about any subject of concern provided it is
within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on
today's agenda. The total amount of time
allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of

resolution approving submission of HOME Investment Partnership Program
application for new construction rental project and authorizing Community
