Mr. James Hill for a term to expire November 2009 and Mr. David Honeyman and
Mr. Richard Markstein for terms to expire November 2011 to Ramirez Water

resolution approving an application for on-sale beer alcoholic beverage license

Reappoint
Mr. Morris Moody to the Keystone Cemetery District with a term to expire

plans and specifications and authorize advertisement of bid for Lindhurst
Avenue Bike Lane and Drainage Project with a bid opening date of January 3,

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS: Any person may speak about any subject of concern provided it is
within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on
today's agenda. The total amount of time
allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of
15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than 5
minutes. Prior to this time speakers
must fill out a "Request to Speak" card and submit it to the Clerk of

Appoint
one individual to the Wheatland Cemetery District with a term to expire

Library

Adopt
resolution authorizing the Memorandum of Understanding between the Yuba County
Library and the City of Wheatland for Bokomaten Unit at the Wheatland Community
Center and authorizing Library Director to execute same; and authorize Budget
Transfer in the amount of $132,929 from
Account No. 101-0000-361-62-23 (Literacy) to Account No. 101-6000-462-23-03
(Grants) to allocate grant funds. (07-642)
