Health and Human Services
1.
Approve
agreement with California Department of Public Health (CDHP) to enter death
certificate data into AVSS or EDRS for the term of July 1, 2007 through June
30, 2008 (Human Services Committee Recommends Approval) (07-654)
2.
Adopt
resolution authorizing Health and Human Services to enter into agreement with
California Department of Public Health for Public Health Emergency Preparedness
Funds for August 31, 2007 to August 9, 2008 and authorizing Chairman to execute
documents as required by the agreement and any pertinent documents related to
this program and to accept funds. (Health and Human Services Committee

Approve
classification changes abolishing Social Worker II/III (LT) and establishing a
Senior Housing Specialist, and adopt resolutions amending the Departmental
Position Allocation Schedule No. 2007-86 and amending the Classification
System/Basic Salary Schedule No. 2007-87 as it relates to same. (Finance and

Sheriff-Coroner
1.
Authorize
Budget Transfers in the total amount of $195,545 to and from various line items
to appropriate grant revenue and to cover current and projected program

Treasurer-Tax Collector

resolution delegating investment authority to Yuba County Treasurer. (07-658)

SPECIAL PRESENTATION
A.
Receive
presentation from participants of Student Town Hall and comments from Community
Town Hall meetings as they relate to the General Plan Update process. (15

V.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS: Any person may speak about any subject of concern provided it is
within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on
today's agenda. The total amount of time
allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of
15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than 5

must fill out a "Request to Speak" card and submit it to the Clerk of

resolution designating Ostrom Road at Virginia Road an all-way stop
