On Friday, 9/19/2008 the Secured Annual Property
Tax Bills were mailed out for the 2008/2009 fiscal tax year (7/1/2008 ~
6/30/2009). First installment is due 11/1/2008, delinquent after
12/10/2008. Second installment is due 2/1/2009, delinquent after
4/10/2009. Please note there is no “grace” period, penalties and
cost will apply after the appropriate delinquent dates.
Envelopes must be postmarked by 12/10/2008 and
4/10/2009 by the U S Post Office, all late
post marks will be returned for additional penalty amount due.
If you have received a bill and a lender is to pay
your taxes, please put your loan number on the bill, photo copy the bill
and send the original to your lender for payment. PLEASE retain the
photo copy for your records.
If you received an Assessee’s copy and your lender
will not be paying your property taxes, please contact our office and we
will be happy to provide you with a bill with the appropriate payment
stubs for payment.
