In order to receive a permit to construct, destroy, or repair a well or drill a soil boring on a parcel of land in Yuba County these forms must be completed and submitted for review:

Application - The application must be completed and signed by the C-57 licensed drilling contractor.

A map that indicates where the well or soil boring(s) will be drilled on the parcel must be submitted with the application and service form. The map must also include any proposed or existing sewage disposal systems, building structures, or other wells on the parcel.
