Prior to the release of building permits for habitable structures being built in Yuba County, you must have water quality testing conducted. In order to prove adequate water quality, the water must test at or below Maximum Contaminant Levels as listed in the California Safe Drinking Water Act. The required testing analyses and the analytical laboratories in this area are provided to the left.
