Juvenile Record Sealing

To request sealing of court records, a minor and his/her attorney can contact the probation department. After the probation officer conducts an investigation and writes a report, the matter will be placed on the juvenile court calendar. The report will be reviewed by the judge, who will determine if you qualify to have your record sealed.
