At the end of the form, click the "Submit" button and you will receive a confirmation message from us. Please be advised that vendors are solely responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate information. Qualified applicants will be placed on the Vendor List and considered for those solicitations pertaining to their commodity/services. Please note that the information submitted becomes public information. In addition, there may be other solicitations on websites that are not owned, maintained, controlled, or monitored by the County. County does not guarantee the accuracy or authority of any such document provided by third parties.
Directions: Enter basic vendor information. For 'File,' vendors may upload all documentation (i.e. license(s), certifications, insurance, etc.) that will be relevant to the professional services prior to contract. Contractors and vendors will need to register with SAM.gov, prior to entering into contract with Yuba County, but will not need to be registered to be added to the Yuba County vendor list. For contractors who provide services that require a CSLB, this information will be verified prior to being added to the Yuba County vendor list. Once registration is completed and all information verified, you will receive a confirmation email from Yuba County Administrative Services.
