Our Investigations Unit is the law enforcement branch of the Yuba County District Attorney's Office and consists of two sworn California Peace Officers, a Chief Investigator and a District Attorney Investigator.  We also have one non-sworn Investigative Aide in investigations.  Our mission is to investigate and assist in the filing and prosecution of criminal cases that occur within the County of Yuba.

The Investigations Unit is also tasked with assisting other law enforcement agencies when needed, including child abductions, officer involved shootings and many other investigations and other complex and/or serious investigations.
