Due to the Restricted Activities Directive issued in Yuba and Sutter Counties, Community Development and Services Agency will only be available for critical and certain essential business operations. Staff are monitoring both email and voicemail daily, and we will do our best to respond to inquiries within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Limited staffing are available to respond to certain types of public health and safety hazards. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Roadway hazards (snow, damaged signs, etc.)
- Hazardous materials response
- Food borne illness
- Certain housing complaints
- Building Construction – continued inspections for existing permits; new permits are on a case-by-case basis
- Public water systems

All construction plans submitted on or after January 1, 2020 are required to be in compliance based on the below stated California Codes:
