Plumas Lake, Ca. – At approximately 12:30 p.m. on 8/30/2021, Yuba County Deputies arrested a 27-year-old Sacramento woman identified as Trenay Woods, for allegedly committing grand theft from a vehicle earlier that morning in Plumas Lake.

A resident of Plumas Lake had reported personal property stolen from their vehicle on Aptos Creek Ct. the morning of 8/30/21. A neighbor’s surveillance camera footage provided a suspect vehicle description to investigating deputies, who located the vehicle shortly afterwards approaching the Hard Rock Casino. Deputies conducted an enforcement stop on the vehicle driven by Woods, who was found in possession of a cell phone and keys belonging to the theft victim. Woods was booked into the Yuba County Jail for Grand Theft.
