On September 9th, 2022 at around 5:43 PM, the Yuba County Sheriff's Department responded to a call from a citizen who discovered a deceased female on the fire road near Cattail Court. Currently, there is no evidence this is related to the decedent who was discovered on September 8th in the 1900 block of Linda Avenue. There are no reports of a missing person and both identities and cause of death are unknown at this time. As a precaution, the Sheriff’s Department will be increasing patrols in the area.
